Vinyl Wrap Printing & Lamination
Once the design has been approved, we can begin printing the vinyl wrap. Our designs are printed with latex ink on 3M ControlTac vinyl or Avery Wrap Cast Vinyl. The print is then laminated to protect the design and colours. We use state-of-the-art printing systems, and we carefully select the material that we print on to ensure that it can withstand the elements and test of time. Vinyl Wrap Installation
Installing the vinyl wrap is easy once the vinyl has been printed. Installers carefully remove the vinyl wrap from its adhesive backing and start placing it on the vehicle. We carefully measure the wrap to ensure it is placed at the correct position and matches the mockups. We place the wrap carefully on the vehicle, smoothing it out gradually to avoid bubbles. We let the wrap set on the vehicle once it is installed. Our wraps will not damage OEM paint and can be easily removed when it is time to change wraps.
